Public Call for Members of the Arbitration Commission

The Wrestling Federation of Montenegro informs the public that an Arbitration Commission is being formed. The Commission will have three members.

Interested candidates may apply until 6 May 2026 at 23:59.

Applications should be sent by email to rvackisavez.cg@gmail.com, together with a candidate CV in PDF format containing relevant information and a photograph, as well as proof that the conditions listed below are met.

Conditions:

Article 82 of the Sports Law:

• must hold a level VII1 higher education qualification in legal sciences (proved by a certified copy of the diploma),
• must not be a member of a governing body of a sports organization (proved by a notarized statement with signature certification given under full material and criminal liability, or by a PDF statement signed with an electronic signature),
• must not be an official or an employee of the competent sports federation (to be verified by the Federation ex officio).

Article 62 of the Sports Law (all conditions below are proved by a notarized statement with signature certification given under full material and criminal liability; two separate statements are not required for the claims under Article 82 and Article 62, and one comprehensive statement is sufficient, or a PDF statement signed with an electronic signature):

• must not be a founder, shareholder, proxy, bankruptcy administrator, employee or member of another sports organization in the same sport in Montenegro or abroad, except within the national sports federation of which that sports organization is a member,
• must not be an owner or member of a sports betting organization's governing body,
• must not be a family member of a person serving in the governing body of another sports organization in the same sport (this provision of the Sports Law was repealed by a decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, but since the repeal has not yet entered into force, the provision remains applicable until publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro),
• must not have been finally convicted of a criminal offense for which a prison sentence longer than three years was imposed, or of a criminal offense against life and body, human and civil rights and freedoms, sexual freedom, property, payment operations and economic activity, human health, the constitutional order and security of Montenegro, public order and peace, official duty, humanity, or other values protected by international law,
• must not have been finally convicted of an offense prescribed by the special law governing the prevention of violence and improper conduct at sports events,
• must not be the President of the State, Prime Minister or member of the Government, President or Member of Parliament of Montenegro, president of a political party, mayor, president or councilor of a municipal assembly, chief municipal administrator, holder of a judicial office, or a person employed in a state body, state administration body, local administration body, or a company founded by the state or municipality, in the field of sport,
• must not be employed in the Ministry, the Administration, or local government bodies responsible for sport.
